In this episode with Todd Vesely, Executive Director of Athletics for Fort Worth ISD, we dive into the building blocks of what he describes as a "culture of improvement based on relationships and conversations." No single tool will ever be enough, but a culture that seeps into all departments can give life to a community. Though sometimes it may feel like we are "running on ice", Coach Vesely would remind us that what truly matters is coaches capitalizing on opportunities to impact their athletes beyond the game.
