Your family isn't just your blood relatives or your spouse. Your family is also your friends, your co-workers, and, your athletes. Having a team that acts like a family means that everyone is valued, and everyone has a place in the program. When we focus on inclusion and togetherness, other values like hard work and competition are easier to drive home.
