In our latest episode, Colton is speaking with the Aggie Christian Business Leaders Club about his move from the security of a job at a fast-growing company to diving head first into a start up with his best friend.
Colton and Mackey go back about 10 years, and over that time as he was crafting his speaking ability, Colton was growing in business experience. Colton was connected to an amazing company really young and was fortunate to be apart of their growth from roughly 20 people to 220 at the time he stepped away for 2Words.
During that time he served for 5 years on their senior leadership team managing culture in our rapidly growing business. Colton shares how he ended up leaving the security of everything he had ever known to jump into a Start up with one of his closest friends, and mainly how they both decided to act in Faith, not fear.
