In this episode, Mackey is hanging out in the bleachers of the Georgetown High School baseball team. Mackey talks to those 5-star athletes about leadership and service.
Coach Mackey emphasizes that if you want to be a leader, you have to serve the people on your right and your left because the "we" is always greater than the "me". If you serve others, you will notice that those people will run through a brick wall for you, they will take ownership of their job and together, you will bring the team success.
