In our latest episode Mackey and Colton catch up after a long (2 days) time apart! They talk positive pressure and the fact that pressure in itself is neither inherently bad or good, but it is your response, your outlook that creates it into a bad or good situation.

Believe it or not, stress is actually a good thing. Stress can keep you moving forward on the right path. It takes time to reach your goal, to win a state championship, to build a business, and so in order to stop you from being burnt out, pace yourself. Slow and steady wins the race!
