Today we hang out with Coach Darren Chandler, a program-building Basketball Coach who took over as the Deer Park Athletic Director in 2018. Coach shares with us some of his tips and tactics for taking over and building successful programs. Coach also emphasizes the importance of a player-led program and just how much consistency really matters.
