In this episode with David Collins, AC and Head Football Coach at Pearce HS, we explore how culture drives BEHAVIOR and how "well trained" goes far beyond simple X's and O's. Coach Collins casts his VISION to have every athlete fulfill their potential and become, in his words, ELITE. He then unpacks the system in place at Pearce to turn this vision into reality.
