Often we view complaints as negatives. After all, complaints tell us what is wrong with the world, and who wants to be reminded of that? But this thinking is backwards. Complaints don't just tell us what's wrong. Complaints offer an invitation to make wrong things right. In this episode, Mackey reminds us that life is based on how we see things and that we can choose to see complaints as invitations for change.
