Coaches dives into the challenges of being an Athletic Director of one of the fastest growing school districts in Texas. She talks about the challenges of changing the mentality of the district from a small-town mentality to a large school mentality.

Coach Nelson also goes on to share a little bit of her story from being in administration, teaching, and coaching and what brought her to LCISD.
